Fiberglass transom repair

I am looking for someone around the PGH area to pull the I/O on my boat
and replace the inside transom board. Would appreciate any names of reputable workmanship.

Thanks

thanks for the replies. Bluntman were are you located?
The boat is a 23' Imperial Citiation I/O.  The lower unit & I/o will need pulled.
I will need the Transom Board around lower unit, I/O replaced.
Estimate of cost if you can.

    Thanks,

Im near pymatuning, some times when the transom goes, water wicks into the stringers, also the boards that support the engine will need checked too, if it just needs the engine and drive pulled to recore the transom, your looking at around $1800 - $2000, thats doing all the work with epoxy resin to encapsulate all the new wood, if its mercruiser, youd want to check the bellows and shift cable while your there, if its in your price range , PM me with a contact # and Ill give you a call to discuss it further

Are you still in the this line of work?  I can't send pm's for 5 more days :( and didn't want to hijack this persons thread nor start a new one on same subject.  Transom is rotted where the swimplatform used to be located on a 79 wellcraft cuddy I/O  19.some odd ft. I actually plan on storing it in lionsvile over winter so just a hop skip ect away. As well a transom bellows kit would need  replaced as I do take on a lot of water when parked..  I can get pm's :) so please send me a e mail or phone if your still in the line of work If not let me know as well I understand that quote is an old one and times change.
