As I recall; a fellow angler ask a question about the fish hitting on French Creek. Your answer; go and see for yourself and come back and tell the rest of us. I believe you insinuated the man as being lazy.

Now for your question; Ohio Fish says the lake will be drawn down 2' from 10/31/14 to 01/01/15 for flood control. Refill to normal pool will run from 03/01/15 to 05/01/15. A draw down of 2' over 2 month period shouldn't create problems launching anywhere.

    Your Welcome

    Thanks BeenThere that was good.
For a quick report from last weekend
French Creek was a bit up for my liking running between 4.5 and 5.5 cfs.
Hit upper Shenango flow was perfect but no walleye did find some nice perch
    that were pretty tasty.
Hope that wasn't to lazy of a report!!!

Lazy???............ I should say it was!

You didn't let anybody know what time the Perch dinner was. (lmao)

I'm still hunting for something I ain't lost. 9:03 am this day heard shots to the south of my house. 9:05am a doe is standing in my field less then 150 yds off of my favorite deer stand. 9:06am the tail of a doe vanishes into the swamp brush. Ho-hum why ain't I fishin'?

Keep the updates coming Ref; One of these days I'll come to my senses.

I'm heading out this weekend to hopefully pymy... but will fish Conneaut, Shenango, or West branch if the launches aren't too exposed.  Thanks for the info regarding the lake. Didn't mean to offend you Ref by calling you lazy. Didn't mean to start an argument either by those comments.  I've just noticed in past experiences that certain people aren't willing to do any exploring for themselves and rely strictly on having other people find fish for them. I personally fish every opportunity I get regardless of reports or conditions, and get a tad frustrated when my buddies rely on my reports before they decide where they go.  That's the point I guess I was trying to make.... if a place has my interest or curiosity, I check it out for myself first.

Musky, did you spend any time trying to find the crappies or just fished for eyes all day? The crappies and perch should be on the humps right now. If there's even a little bit of wood on it, they'll be there.
