Any time Dime.

I drop cases of Natty Ice off on occasion at Happy camp.
But then I haven't been up to Alt town in a while.

I was talking about the community cooler.

How about a least tossing a log on the fire before dropping a deuce an fouling the air .

On the other hand if that is where you want this board to go its all good with me.
I have been known to play rough at times

Here come the T Storms and they look pretty bad.   Will do good for the garden though.   Much wetter than I thought out.  When bailing up some hay over the weekend  we put some ruts in the field due to some wet soft spots.

PS No refund yet, been 15 days they have been "processing it"  according to the website.

Spoke to a neighbor in the area today and my place wasn't too heavy with that last rain up there - needed whatever we got --DRY when last up.
Here in Ct its like a drought- dust storm when anybody mows their lawn and have to water shrubs and flowers daily. Last rain a couple of weeks back and only got 1/10 of an inch.
Brooks and streams at mid Summer lows.
Temps in mid to high 80s with a breeze every day --drying everything out quick.

Actually fairly damp here. Sinking into spots on the hay fields that we usually do not.  We are a bit behind on the haying due to this as we cannot cut the thick fields because they need at least 3 days (sometimes 4) to dry.   Day 1 cut, day 2 ted , day 3 ted again or  rake and bale ,   day 4 t rake and bale.

Help on the way this week r3.  T-storms and more thru Friday.  This tropical storm near Fla may be a good rain maker in the North East.

Christmas in July ? as promised this is what I dug up today with an excavator.. Even though it was 90 and humid, I think it might have lasted till Christmas, heck I'm sure there is more buried out there.

Nasty T-storms and heavy rain rolled through my neck of the woods for the last two hours.  We definitely needed it as things were getting a little dusty in parts of the yard.

Rained here for an hour-will take it-grass was turning brown. My brook didn't  go up at all, backyard  Apple trees had aborted most of their crop, neighbors Peach trees dropped everything- DRY.
The hour wont care for a lot but each drop counts- T storms in the forecast-GOOD.
Perhaps Sr country next week to finish work on the Coon  damage ( at least a days work- perhaps two) and some lawn work- not even gonna THINK bout trying to fish-hasn't worked out that way lately -lol.

T-boomers fired up again the last 4 hours.  Shots of heavy rain have come through and are expected through the night.  Supposed to be a beautiful weekend once Arthur moves up the coast drawing in the cold front from the north west.
Happy Independence Day everyone.

Got  much needed rain last night and today here in central Ct.
Nothing historical or whats generally associated with a  Hurricane -but rain-GOOD.
Was  able to work in the yard today during the drizzle- not all that heavy -but all day. For an hour last night it was heavy with over an inch.

Severe T-storms the last two nights.  Last nights storm was a doozy, light show, thunder, hail and heavy rain for about twenty minutes.

Very bad storms late yesterday PM here, trees and lines down, someone killed east of here in Madison County, over an inch of rain at the Rachacha airport, and 3/4 of it fell in one hour.  This combination of so much water and cool temps (loving it!) can't be helping the farmers.  Good news is we old men can eat the statewide limit (one meal per week) of Chinook and coho,  contaminant levels are dropping that fast!

L13, Yep, saw an article in my local paper about the damage done in and around Syracuse including people killed in yesterday's storm.  A number of areas lost power in the downstate region also.

The hospital lost power for  a bit a ran on genies.  I was lucky and my room stayed bit cooler, due to me not having a roomie and my blind was closed. I actually slept through the storm due to a few guys named Mr vico and Mr den.

Today was a nice summer day. Cloud cover coolish ,low humidity . Checked things twice on the tin tub and found a water pump leak from weep hole. $160.00 later , blew off work and I'm ready to ride the waves of Great Lake O.
Locked and loaded for salmon or any thing that wants to play. Heck it's gonna be an epic adventure

We are getting hammered with a torrent of rain.  Sheets of water have been coming down for the last hour and is expected through the night into tomorrow.  Just when the local streams and rivers were getting back to wadeable levels this should blow things out for the next week.
