Found this fish head on the beach today. It was huge as the pic with my boot shows. Lake Trout?

it has the shape of a female steelhead. Could have been a dead 14 pounder that had its picture taken on the rocks too many times. hehe
"A Homewood man led police on an hourlong car chase that ended with a crash injuring three officers. "The car was driving itself," Wright said. "The car has a GPS. It's a Lincoln Navigator. They drive themselves. I wasn't running nowhere."

Steelhead, has the different color cheek area, big eye sockets, probably a big old steelhead that never got caught during its life span and finally bit the dust. Just My .02 cents

The mandible size and shape and the shape of the nasal openings confirm it is a lake trout. Kings do not have nasal openings like that and neither do steelheads. That head is definitely a laker---and a pretty good one (unless you have really small feet!)
