How do you spell MUPEAR

Just bought 7.4 acers along elk creek between elk park rd. and the tress el ben working on the deal for some time, thought I would call it mupear Vally? But I'm not sure if mu pear is spelled right ? is it an insult or a complement? I have a lot of mupear relatives that moved mupear from butler (spent too much money driving back and forth two three times a week to fish) I'm anticipating putting in 10 small two room cabins and leasing them out to mupears at a price a retied vet with two ex- wives can afford.NO posted land.If all works out should be moved in by next trout season. Did I mention I love to fish. The bridge on Elk park rd.isn't finished yet, hope they get after it! wont be able to use the new parking lot anglers money's payed for.

Not sure how to spell that but it sounds like a great idea for you and the mupears. Even locals to get away from the wife a little. I like your thought on the price. My Dad is a retired vet with 2 ex's digging into his retirement. That really hurts where it counts

i spell it MONEY.  my boss was just saying to me the other day that if these out of towners dont show up soon, then hes gonna have to close the doors. seeing how the entire erie county economy is based on a couple months of steelhead fishing, it cant come too soon.

    Hi all:

The "Iron Bridge" replacement at the new "Miller's Landing Park" is on schedule and should be completed by November. The new concrete bridge will have the same walkway design to allow for ease of access to the other side of Elk Creek. The Elk Park roadway will be posted "no parking" for safety reasons. The Millers Landing parking area has also been enlarged. Girard Twp., working with the Fish Comm. will help patrol the area for everyone's enjoyment.

Bill Felege, Thank you for the up date on the bridge project,is there going to be more gravel put down in the parking aria? It just might become a muddy mess. I'm anticipating stopping in at the Girard Twp. building this week would like to familiarize myself with the Twp.zoning parameters.  The property acquired is in both borough and Twp. Hope to talk with you.

And as for saltydog, the moneys you speak of does boost the small towns income a bit. Reminds me of Hickory, Tidiout, Wig hill, Kane,Russell, and all the other small towns in Central Pa. on the opening day of Buck. Thats just the nature of the beast. BUT for as the rest of Erie county there is no influx of out of town moneys PIA bait shop at east ave couldn't by a bag of dog food for the winter, On out of town trout money and thats the nature of the beast. The city of Erie Pa.does not benefit from the influx of out of town anglers, Lake City, Girard, Fairview, North East, and the rest in the heart land of trout fishing do and deeply appreciate the moneys and will ax spend extraordinary efforts to accommodate friendly Anglers.

    Miller's Landiing - Elk Creek
The Township plans to do what ever it takes to have a safe and sound parking lot. Most of the construction should be done by end of Oct. first part of Nov. This will be a real nice entry area to Elk Creek when we finish up on the construction.
Beams are to be added next week. Roadway profiling work also continues.
    Tight lines!
