Open Water at Wilhelm?

Just wondering if there is any open water above the causway yet around launch 3? Thought it should be opening up with the rain, etc. Thanks for the info.

    I went through 2 days ago & there was some open water under, & to the marina side of, the causeway.
    Right around 3 it was still locked up...may open with the rain coming, although we haven't got much here yet.
    Also, some open water by the dam that's fishable from shore.
