really don't think it is an all-out attempt to embarass them.  think the venue is to get odnr to do their jobs.  those fish belong to you and i (will at least to you, i ain't that good yet).  in a day or so, this will blow over like everything else and in a week no one will remember it.  also, that looked like a small feeder creek.  those folks aren't going to let anyone in their back yards to fish.

Don't know if you guys actually watched that link to the news story.  Here are some disturbing things I took out of it....
 
1.  It's legal to catch them by hand.  The reporter actually ran off to act like he was going to catch one.  CUTE.
2.  I believe they said it's $350 fine and 30 days in jail as maximum penalty.
3.  The fish and game officials "are hoping that these two will just turn themselves in".  That's disturbing.  Apparently the homeowner where the video was shot has been out of town on vacation.  I hope they are not just waiting for these guys to stroll in....
