As of now all of the Westm'd Cnty fishing derbys are on hold. Just talked to the cnty officials & was told that the final decision will be made in the next week or so.They already mailed the advertisements that said they were holding them,but due to the covid rules they decided to wait to see if..

Mentored youth trout day

This weeks issue of Penna.Outdoors had a front page pict.of a large (over 50"} Musky that was caught on the ice at Keystone lake,but it doesn't say which Keystone,the one at Derry or the power dam. Anyone know for sure ? btw it was a C&R congrats to the angler. sam..

Bullgills been hitting very well.Will only get better. Trout are still doing well,but seeing quite a few floaters. Although I know it won't happen,I would like to see the PF&BC send a few divers to a few lakes to see how many trout are dead on the bottom. Also I think that it would help curb mor..

The trout bite has been very good at the local lakes & the crappie bite is hit or miss. Some guys are finding out the hard way that it is C&R only for trout at this time. sam..
