Pond behind Bridgeville Home Depot and Great Southern SS

Has anyone fished this? I scoped it today but really couldn't find a way down to the water. I was able to get down a brick pile dump site behind the trampoline place (near the theater), but it was too marshy to get to water's edge. There has to be better access somewhere. And are there fish?..
