First Fish for 2012 - Clarion River =

I could not stand it any more !!! I worked in the flower garden off and on most of the morning and kept the small garden variety earthworms I found, not very big, but maybe they would catch fish later in the day. Went over to the Clarion at 3pm and fished until 4:30pm. Landed my first game ..

Wilhelm Birthday Fishin'

thanks for all the great info everyone! great forum...haven't fished pymie for years.My pup used to bring us when we were young.We would dock our boat at Snodgrass.I remember all the carp jumping in that bay...always got excited as a kid.We revisited Snodgrass a few weeks ago.Has not really changed...

What's a dozen of night crawlers sell for? $2.50 / $3.00 a dozen. I've been out 3 times this spring (after or during the rain) so far and "picked up" close to 700 or so. It's best to pick just before and after daybreak. The reason I said "picked up" instead of "pulled up" is that there laying right ..

Lost fly box

I know its a long shot but I realized yesterday that I lost my fly box. It is green and has streamers on one side and nymphs on the other. It was lost at Neshannock Creek.
