pymatuning eyes

i always hear about people getting eyes off shore in the spring casting rapellas. i whent down last year and fished half the night and didnt get anything but it may have been to early in spring. i dont wana know your spot or anything i just wondered what time of spring you start getting them...

Clarion River Questions

I have never fished the clarion river, but plan on doing so this summer. What do you guys suggest? Should you fish with waders, from the shoreline, or from a small boat? I am not sure how deep or wide the river is. Is there an area along the river that anybody would suggest going to first? Is it a g..

FIRST TIME OUT....

Well planning on fishing from about 3 PM to maybe after dark we'll see how it goes....was planning earlier, a few weeks ago but crazy water pump went out on my motor. should have fired it up sooner but anyways my neighbor & me are going to give it a try....let ya know. From sounds of everyones p..

Ive thought about fishing there, now i def want to give it a try...i would probably be going down sometime in may to june, i dont want spots, but some techniques and some species i may be able to catch, i will be wading too. thankyou..

Fishing map for Presque Isle Bay

Looking for a map showing depths, drop offs, structure. FishUSA suggested the Navionics HotMaps Explorer DVD. Print your own maps from the DVD. Anyone have it? What do you think?..

I drove through the dam area launch today and people were parked with boat trailers up to the song bird trail. Are they catching anything there or just antsy about an early start??? I have never seen so many cars with trailers there before..
