Been gone

Was on vacation for the last week, but now I am back. Looks like I missed the big thaw and then a fair snow. Only ice for me for the next few weekends..

Hey guys, local flow gauges are off the charts and rising... anyone in their right mind should stay away from any water... some flows are beating past records by 1000's of cfs... please be safe!!!..

spelling woes

I'm borderline illiterate to begin with so the F key not working unless I stand on it will be making my nearly incomprehensible posts totally ucked up. Too reaking lazy to ix the missings Fs so or the ucking uture just insert your own Fs and see it becomes readable..

Went up to the LFZ today. I only had a few hours to fish. Fished from around 8 till noon. Wasn't especially packed , but there were people there. I was unable to get into a "prime" spot, but managed 6 hook up 2 were fighters and the 0ther 4 were head shakes and gone. Fishing was in spurts. 45 minute..

Home Again !!!

sorry folks , this is a non SR report but it was an AWESOME day to be alive :) we had an absolute BLAST with pike and perch all day long.. almost ran out of bait.. the ice was so thick there were snow machines all over the lake and I would have felt safe taking my truck out there.. as you can see ..
