turkey hunting with the kid

Quick trip to Oswego

I did the unthinkable.............pics added....

I roped one today. I walked a mile or so to my not so secret spot and there was no one in site. Fished for 2 hours and got 2 takers. I landed one. Probably could have had more action in town, but just had to get to some new water. Landing the fish I fought it or a good long time and it was exhausted..

Well as I thought the traffic was lite today due to the flows. I fished in the spot Charlie got one last year in higher water than this, down from Jacks spot. It was quite fishable.
