Whirpool hole ?

I live in NW,PA. and was wondering if you can still access the NY side of the Whirlpool hole from the low end of the park or is this closed to the public now? We used to go over the railing and climb down to the river in the early 90s loved fishing there. Was working up there one year building aeria..

Catt Creek late March conditions?

This is the time of year that I normally hit the Catt for this first time, can anyone comment on how its been fishing? I have a 4hr drive to get there so would love some feedback. Hopefully it doesnt blow out before the weekend. Thanks in advance for your help!..

anybody been fishin whirlpool or down stream towards devils hole? have had great fishing experiences there.worked up there in early 90,s and would hit the river at least 3 times a week from oct-jan loved it...
