Thx for your insight. I do humbly disagree in your opinion in regard to all Republicans towing the party line. A long time ago I was a registered Republican. Then switched to independent, then back to Republican Party because I wanted to vote in the primaries. I do agree with you on some of the points you mentioned especially in regard to fiscal responsibility. I’m all for passing a balanced budget and sticking to it. I’m old school. Don’t spend more than you make. Impossible to spend your way into prosperity!

Get a kick outa people on various blogs and chats saying how dopy Elon is for various moves and he is he is only in it for the money.
Most complainers are left leaning and watching him tear apart the WOKE left money machine in DC and are just lashing out with anything they think might stick to the wall lol

Look at how its run a disaster look at whom they voted for Sarah immarato she wanted to raise their property taxes 47% and they still elected her.
 My view on independents is you can't make up your mind is it blue or green,they gave us the clinton's because of Ross Perot. To me it's like 2 genders pick one, you will never get all you want from either party so why throw away your vote on someone who stands no chance to win. These are my opinions were all entitled to one.

No more sex reassignment surgery for members of the military. My opinion is if you want to cut some things off or had some things on do it on your own dime, not the taxpayers.

Something else I’ve been thinking about. Inquiring mind wants to know. It appears to me with this business of guy’s thinking there women or vice versa why is it that to the best of my knowledge it’s guys wanting to play women’s sports use there bathrooms and locker rooms along the showers and be transferred to women’s prisons? Not saying women who identify as men arnt doing the previous stated things but I’m not aware of it.

"Like two genders. Pick one"???? You might want to re-think that analogy. 
Fact is; Of registered voters, only 47% have declared a party affiliation.
I think you are misunderstanding Independent Voters. It does not mean that you automatically vote for an Independent Candidate. 
It does not mean you are on the fence when it comes to issues. It means you weigh the issues most important to you and act  in consequence. 
BTW, Ross Perot was right. I would wager that Trump agrees that Perot was right. I was a registered republican at the time and voted for Clinton. Glad I did. Did that make me a traitor? Bottom line was that we ended with a balanced budget thanks to Clinton/Gingrich. At least until Bush got in. 
 Party affiliation makes it difficult  to look at things objectively. You know why.
