This has nothing to do with liberal and conservative. What sort of conservative puts a 25% tariff on their largest trading partners? Especially after putting together a “monumental” trade agreement with each in his first term. Do you realize how many companies set up their business plans to have joint efforts with these countries. Especially Canada, not doing for cheaper labor. Doing as a trade off to their proximity to resources or their companies reciprocating. Guess who pays for the tariffs? Be ready for inflation and recession together if it lasts long. Very good chance of a depression, but fools will still be sucking his nuts.

You aint seen nothing yet-at 67 was still dragging out deer and hunting the hills and climbing ladders and fly  fishing rivers full of cobble rocks and and and and- heck could even climb tree stands  and use a bow. 
At 77 most of those things are just good memories--do what ya can when ya can before your body says -OK enough- it can happen fast too.  lol

Tell me about it. I hit 80 and started going downhill. My best days are a distant memory but I still have a zest for life and hopefully have quite a few more good years ahead. Looking forward to hitting the streams and riding my bike on the Ghost Town Trail with my buddy.  Sometimes his wife tags along for the bike ride. He's just a young wippersnapper though. He is 70. Ol' saying. "Age  is just a matter of mind over matter, if you don't mind, it don't matter."
My oldest sister is 90, my oldest cousin is 91! Maybe I got some of those genes. Time will tell.

Your as old as you think you are I'm 75 have a few health issues BUT I'm very active I walk the trails in my area 3 to 5 miles pretty near every day,do a few exercises,I fish alot.I have a camp at pymi and during season I fish 3 or 4 days a week up there .I have giving up ice fishing though don't like the cold weather anymore.I have that military mentality from my years in marines sometimes I still think I can do it BUT in reality I can't

I mean this sincerely. Thank you for your service to our country. Two of the best friends I ever had were in the Corps. One passed away many years ago, the other one moved out west back in the mid 80’s. Lost track of him after that.

I used to fish through the ice also. Mostly st a local country park dam. Trout mainly but an occasional pan fish or pickerel. If I remember correctly, the worse the weather, the better the bite.

Sure. It’s called the old fogeys club. We got rules though. When you turn 70, you have to buy a pancake hat and a rocking chair. Also keep in mind that there are 3 signs that you are getting older. First you start loosing your hair, second you start to loose your memory, and third, umm let me think awhile. It will come to me.

I'm not losin' my hair. Full head; in fact, I haven't had a haircut since the end of May, though it's gettin' a little old. Told the old girl she's gonna bury me with long white hair. 2nd, the hair on your lower legs disappears and resprouts in your ears.  My hearing's been bad all my life. Bare minimum to get in the Navy in '67, and yes, I'm really losin' my memory; rapidly, I've noticed a lot in the past 8 months to a year. Also lost 3 teeth in the past 5 years; hopin' what's left will last 'til the end. Don't think I could stand a steady diet of oatmeal. Life sucks, and then you die!
