Go to AMA.org and read medicare has been getting cuts for over 2 decades (mainly to payments to docs) funny its an issue now but since the Deimwits have held the majority in congress for 12 of the last 16 years BUT I guess its just Trumps fault!!!!!!

Well that's unfair to doctors. They should be getting there full amount. Glad to hear they are going to pay these doctors their fair share.
Same with the Pharmaceutical. Let them charge what they want. It's a free market. Prices are dictated by what someone is willing to pay.
Last year they passed a bill capping out-of pocket drug expenses that medicare recipients have to pay per year at $2,000.  Who picks up the tab for that is the taxpayers. So why are they increasing medicare benefits without a way to pay for them.
If the baby boomers want higher SS and Medicare benefits, Well then they should have had more kids so to pay in to the system.

It's turning into a shiit show. I thought this musk and associates were supposed to be wicked smart. I can see a mistake here and there in the beginning. But C'mon. But that's wasn't my complaint anyway. I want the dam waste fraud and abuse removed probably more than you and for many more years than you. But you give the task to a guy with an engineering background because he gave you a lot of money to do it? 
And all your worried about is wins and losses. 
Musk doesn't know what he's doing. He's hastily going fast so he can get the hell out of there before he's required to have a background check. I'm sure if he worked for Trump Corp and kept messing up and doesn't even understand accounting or accountability, Trump would say "You're Fired! 
Don't you think we should at the least expect Efficiency from the DEPT of Efficiency?

Musk no longer can issue unilateral decisions on staffing and policy. He is to now report his findings and recommendations to the Cabinet Secretaries. Trump added "You’re in charge of your departments, not Elon Musk"   

According to Trump’s new guidance, DOGE and its staff should play an advisory role — but Cabinet secretaries should make final decisions on personnel, policy and the pacing of implementation.

Trump stated that no longer will we use a hatchet/chainsaw approach but surgically cut with a scalpel. 

Then added "This way we can keep the good ones and get rid of the bad ones".

A pouty faced Musk indicated he was on board with Trump’s directive. Then Trump ordered Musk into the oval office to turn in his chainsaw and then was sent to his room without supper.

So, right now I'm sitting by the mailbox patiently waiting for Trump's Thank You Card.

Maybe, he'll even invite me to the White House? Do you think? What should I wear?
