 Went past around 3:30 today and couldn't tell for sure if it was open or iced up with water on top??
 
 Wilhelm was about 1/2 open from what I could see from 79.

yeah was water on the ice at the 79 bridges, But was able to fish the spillover .  didn't catch any But Good time
