Almost done with rehab on old farmhouse and need to make room. Two garages full of planed and edged ready for clear or stain. 100's of beautiful straight smooth no knots or split ends 3/4" x 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" wide most are 12'--16' long but many 8' -- 10' also (kiln dried) Won't find nicer oak anywhere. Same goes for the crown molding (some very wide like a mansion would have) all kinds of trim all number one stain grade, no burn marks on wood whatsoever and have plenty of very long pieces so no piecing on walls up too 16' needed. Have a few 1,000 trim pieces , baseboards, chair rail, door and window trim and a good 800 or so oak boards left over from the rehab. Asking 1/2 off what HD wants per board and can do way better on the trim. North end of Pymy Lake. Also have many long 12'--16' foot primed crown and baseboards that are not oak.
