That thing should be thrown in the garbage

 How long has it sat for ? Have the coils and points been checked ? The rebuild price for the last 7.5 (a bit newer) I did was around $400. To make this a reliable motor, probably would have around $650 total, just to have some sense of reliability (yes, that prop is junk). 
 
I would give the basic retail price for this motor....$100-$150. I would not want the gas tank either, and the connections would probably need replaced anyways (unless you have the original steel connectors).
