Got a good buy on my microwave popcorn down at the Amish second hand grocery store. Should be plenty to eat cause there's gotta be a good handful of corn in the bottom of the lunch bag. Comes presalted with home made butter included. Next time I'm gonna buy the cheese popcorn. Real cheese made from real goats milk. Just hope the lunch bag don't leak.

 
Color me gullible, but is that a real thing?  First time I read it this morning I about spit coffee on my 'puter LOL-ing.  Then I just read it again and I'm like, "You serious Clark?"  
 
I've had the time Wednesday, Friday and today to take my son out, but even he has no interest in sitting in a tree stand in this.  Can't say I blame him.  Hopefully we'll get out next Saturday and give it one last go.

The wind settled down to 5mph sometime around 2ish this afternoon but the temp stayed steady at 6 degrees. Sure wasn't a good day to try out that thingy of sticking my tongue on the side rail of my ladder stand.

I ain't even gonna tell yinz about peeing on a tree but if yinz ever saw that speriment, where they throw hot water into sub-freezing temperatures. Good grief.... talk about don't eat the yellow snow or standing down wind.

One more week to go and it looks like the January thaw will be just in time which makes me happy. Maybe with the warmer temps I can retrieve my gloves from the wrungs of my ladder stand. I should a knowd, wet gloves stick to frozen stuff too. Guess I should a taken them off before I peed.
