What do you guys use to keep your feet warm when fishing?

Just out of curiosity, what do you guys use?
I've heard of using the heat packs that stick to your feet, but do they even last that long?

Alpaca Socks and a good pair of felt packs.

Sorel caribou boots with a regular pair of socks and smart wool socks over the regular ones... Been in sub zero all day long with no problems...
