This was an interesting read. I first fished this area in fall of '14 I believe it was......I remember seeing posted signs up by the tree farm so I didn't park there although there were other cars there. A year or two later the signs were gone. I also remember passing by the B&T shop mentioned earlier and wondered why it was so dead and Poor Richards was always booming. So now I know. Within a few seasons after that it was gone. Would be curious to know what ultimately caused the landowner to continue to allow public access?

Conrail Tubes. Making stream flow through both tubes again while crick is low?

I sure hope they don't screw up the fishing at the tubes! It was fine the way it was. If they divert flow to the dry side, it's sure gonna lower the water level in the other side. If they wanna be constructive, why don't they go dredge the mouth of Elk?
