Wanting to duck hunt on Presque isle 12/22, anybody not using their blind?????

You may find better luck going to the North west PA duck hunters association website and getting the numbers off their site for the blinds. 
Don't expect an honest answer, most of the time I have found the owners usually  tell you they are hunting them and let their buddies take it.
 
I don't bother to call and just go by the regs and you will be fine.

Just show up and hunt whatever one you want, if the owner arrives and wants his blind than you will have to leave.
