i have no idea what the water levels are when you say gates open to a certain foot amount.... i have never been to the shenango tailwater...i am still going to tie a few bugs tonite and go give it a look thur..hopefully it will be fishable....i am having flyrod and tailwater trout withdrawl..... if its to blown out may have to head to oil creek
