I would of shared that type of info through pm's, as streams like Tubbs and all the other tiny jump across native creeks can't take a bunch of pressure. Oh and if you're interested in the opening day stockie thing Tubbs isn't the place, as it is only stocked once for a kids derby in the lower stretch. But if you are looking to get away from the crowds then any of the MANY unstocked brookie streams in that area will do. If anyone needs suggestions on those I don't mind helping, just prefer to use pm's so the whole world doesn't see.

If you're looking to put 5 on a stringer early, holes along the Road on Salmon Ck would be my choice, w/ E. Hickory 2nd. I'm no longer in the area, but am told that most streams are low and clear, so Tionesta Ck. may be a good bet as well--have always liked the stretch between Mayburg Bridge and Kelletville when the Ck backs away from Rt 666. Requires some walking, but worth it.

Even though it's going to warm up for the weekend, early season in the NW freestone streams means 'low n' slow' for success. Even if using spinners, low n' slow.

Have a great opening day guys!
