Fished Saturday in the rain. We caught fish all day.One here and one there. Filled the cooler with nice slabs and perch.
6 bass, and 2 nice eyes. The eyes hit a plug and a jig. One eye was a blue one. My first one other than when I was in Canada.

thursday night caught one 19 inches friday caught 2 largemouths and a 14inch eye saturday 3 eyes 20, 19 and 17 inch last night a catfish, largemouth and a 14 inch eye think im taking tonite off to catch up on some sleep and ill be back at it tomorrow hopefully the cold front doesnt affect them too much

caught 5 friday most around 17 inches and a big smallmouth
sunday i managed 4 with a nice 27 incher

Thanks for all the good info guys fished all day Sun. in the kayak got a lot of looks from everyone and comments on the boat.
Ended up with about 30 nice slab crappies and one 13" perch.
No eyes though, trolled raps for a while with no luck.

Didn't do too hot on the 'eyes saturday night.
jokerball had 1 short & I had what I think was a hog break me off.


Was a good bite for just about everything else though...
got a few smallies, bunch of channel cats, and brought home 10 nice slabs.







Also got a good laugh out of the guys in the canoe with the outboard...
a couple of gems...said in a drunken yell...
