Was anyone on the lake last night when that wind storm blew in fron the north? Wow was that a mess. We were doing well till that came. Had 6 keepers in 2 hours.

Me and my buddy were there, I left the lake around 9:30 or so, hope I didn't miss anything. Thinking of going back out tonight. You still catching milkers?

Yes I was wading up to my belly when the wind shoved a wave over my waders, yikes. The front that went through shut the fish off after that, I managed 3 keepers.

Hope they bite tomorrow night heading up after I get done at 7pm

Wind kicked up big time and temp. dropped fast I packed up too. Can't beat a cold front.

I got 3 shorts, 3 smallies and 1 crappie Friday night. Lost 2 right at my side as well. Were hitting good inbetween Orchard and Snodgrass till that wind kicked up around 9:30-10:00 p.m. Wondering if any one is doing any good tonight due to this stupid cold front. Hope the bite is still on during this colder weekend. It was just getting to be fun! We were having a blast. Let me know if any were biting in this cold weather to see if its worth making the 25 mile trip back to the lake! I hope so!

Still biting good tonight. Several doubles on between my son and I.

I'd be heading out now if i didnt have to work a 12 hour shift tomorrow. At least i get off at 7pm instead of 11pm for once.
