Last Sunday went upto erie to catch some smallies and did ok but wave and wind took its toll so me and my buddy decided to stop at shenago for the evening. The place was on fire. Bass were everywhere. But the highlight of the day was right before we quit I caught this 14 pound hybrid (Wiper). Took about 10 minutes to get this pig in.

beaute! never know what you'll catch in the shenango. used to catch a few small stripers but nothing that big!

That's a good respectable Wiper. I know the fight was serious business with that size fish! Most fishermen have no idea how strong these bad boys are. These bass are on steriods when you hook into them......................nice fish.
