I like what we have right now.....good people discussing what we all love to do,fish the SR and area.

I lurked for years it might have just been not knowing enough and thinking that the regulars had all the right answers. But now after years of fishing I have become comfortable with my knowledge and feel I should share and make the SR enjoyable and cut down their learning curve.
I remember going for days without a hookup but with time and reading the web I paid the price and now the fish pay the price. So maybe that's what your seeing with all the guest and some members not talking.
I do have to admit it is very enjoyable talking fishing with you guys and would like to fish with you guys one day

@ nobody has all the answers. but we can all learn from each other.
2 ask questions. nobody here will put you down. we all started of as beginners.there is a wealth of knowledge in the people that frequant this place.
not nearly the numbers of other sites but i will put the people here up against anyone when it comes to knowledge of the salmon- steelhead fishinh-fishery.
it will cut the learning curve in half and if you get someone from here that can fish with you it will half it again.
!ts people that make forums interesting not just experts.
the more the merrier and it will keep some of the crusty old vets from getting bored talking to each other.
just  one dumb as a stump fishermans point of view.

Very true TB I have looked around at other sites and by far I like this one the best. Seems to be too much cockiness and complaining on the other ones and feel like the out of staters don't give a cr-p because they just come pay their license and fish and who cares about anyone else. I know that is just a few but they seem to do a lot of talking else where, there are plenty out there that love our resource just like us but its always the idiots you remember.
