Well, wife & I fished Wlihelm tonight....I worked all day yesterday putting a GPS unit on my boat,so figured I'd at least go up and see how the GPS worked. It worked great but ,what surprised me  the most  was the fishing wasn't to bad either. got on lake about 3:30 & fished until 8:30 , 4 nice catfish, which I don't keep, 6 average crappie nothing great but brought them home & couple nice perch too ...and caught bunch of small ones....good nice over all, caught everything down by the dam  Had a awesome sunset  too

wow, nice eye...have taken some nice eyes out of there but nothing lately...the keeper crappies were all around 10 & 11"  but also a bunch of small ones too. ...a few nice perch about 11 or 12"  There was a lot of boats  out down by the dam wed. evening....hope that's a good sign

that's cool that you saw the picture on TV 24 ....we've been sending weather reports in for about
15 yrs now....great bunch of people up there

OK not going to start new thread....planning on going up to Wilhelm tomorrow with my buddy, kinda planning on hitting the stumps to see how we do. Going in the later afternoon until dark just wondering if anyone has been hitting the stumps or the lake at all. Not going to try Pym from all the low water reports , Wilhelm is closer. Wife & I did pretty good awhile back for crappies & perch down by the dam nothing real nice but did bring some home. Went there again last Thursday and it sucked....so don't know. Had some medical issues that I had to deal with but I'm good to go so I'm more then ready.
