Let me just say that I met 4 really great people this weekend, Charlie and Nancy on friday and Rich and Jack today. Restores my faith that there truley are still good folks out there. We had an absolute blast today and I thank them for spending some water time with me, lots of stories LOTS of laughter and to me thats what its about. We mostly plugged and Tuna brings a rod and some of his lures from 20 years ago and wouldnt you know it the first two fish came on them what a great feeling to know some things dont change and the stuff youve been holding onto for so long still works. Well it was Tunas color we switched most rods to and that was the hot color of the day. One of the funniest parts of the day comes at the end, 2nd to last hole and its a small stretch 40 yards long or so, smackdown and Tuna grabs it and hands it to me, doesnt the fish go across the front of the boat right to left and bolt upstream I said to him probably twice I wish you didnt do that, they got the rods cleared and in the end Tuna netted a beautiful piece of steel! Great time and great company guys and Id share water with folk like you any time!

I can see a lot of pics coming from the bow of the  S.S. 3 Fan.  Awesome, guys. Jack looks like a natural.   Can't wait to go again, John.
I paid a lot of attention to the rowing tips , I'll be WAY better next time.
Good to see smiling faces on friends.  Excellent.

As I backed out of my driveway I saw what looked to be a 10 point wander into my backyard.   Now I may have to hunt a little this week.

Thanks to each and everyone for letting me in on so many great memories old and new !! 
While all our hearts may have sank over that Salmon that straightened the hook, there was nothing but a heart full of gold at the end of my day today..
Follow up tomorrow but it was just a fantastic time all around !!
I'll leave you with some tired arms and sore lips :)
