Well tomorrow is opening day of southern zone hunting season. I tried to find a fishin partner for today but no dice wasnt gonna hunt this year cause I just want to fish but with the free day I put my stand up and am gonna see what happens tomorrow. Killed a nice 8 out of this same tree last year have to see what happens.

Good luck John, go get em.  I have really cut down  on the hunting to fish.  Only went out twice this year.

I quit hunting for a few years and just fished after my best partner ( dad) passed . My son enjoys hunting and we all eat venison so I'm back in the game.

Again good luck and let's get them deer outta the way for more stream time.

Good luck all you hunters out there.I would love to get a picture of the HUGE buck that ventures past my house every now and then.He is probably a 180-200 Boone & Crocket rack and is very symetrical,a real trophy.The locals have been trying for him for at least three years and he vanishes come rifle season.My good buddy had him walk by him during archery but it was too dark for him to sight him and he would n't take the chance of wounding him,he says it keeps him awake at night thinking what if it was 20 minutes later!

   Best of luck a buddy of mine just texted me a picture of two deer his crew got in Missouri when I get home I'll try to upload them to this topic. Things are huge. My last hunt was right after graduation from boot camp I got home on Saturday southern zone opened on Monday 7:30 home out of the woods and getting back into bed. Ever since the everytime I go in the woods I fall asleep and now if I want to do that I find somewhere more comfortable like the reclyner not sitting 20 feet up in a tree. So now I'm just a fisherman.

3 real nice bucks and countless doe so far. No shots fired. They are staying just outta range
