Just cannot take it anymore  , I think Clints reports put me over the edge ,
Heading up for my first trip for 2012 , on Sunday  .   Going to fish  Sun to Thursday  make a quick  6hr ride home ,  and 6 hr ride back up on Friday  , to fish Sat through  Tuesday.

Although I netted a nice freshie for a guy yesterday I think the fish are starting  to transition more to winter spots.  Crowds are starting to thin a bit with the colder weather too.  I will not be hitting it until next weekend so maybe we will run into each other.  After next week I have Thurs/Fri off for 3 weeks in a row.   After that maybe some ice.    Good luck,  post reports if you can

Yeah  that is what I am hoping, I like the winter fishing,   I have  only tried the fall fishing once , and it just was not  for me , maybe  I just  have not put  the  required time in for the fall, to be successful and find the appeal,  For me I enjoy  less crowds and having to work hard for the fish,  and I still see the occassional  fresh chrome every now then.
