Fished the tall bridge from 9 till 11 with out a bite only one other guy there.   Hit the LFZ at noon or so and got into them good.   Went 2 for 8 and lost 2 right at shore so they almost count.   Had something on  for about 5 minutes that I did not see, but all I know is it slowly made it's way upstream all the other fish at least came to the surface or out of the water so I could see them this one did not.  Might have been my big one.   4 hits on a creme  delight yarn egg 2 on a pink steelhead hammer  and 2 on a blue.   I also netted about a 15lb for a guy.   Pressure was light and there was ice in the rod eyes all day.  I must say of all the folks around me I did the best by far.  If only I could do this well out of the Zone.   Only got one pic today here it is.

TB are you on face book here are some pics my friend took of the res.   There are are few to be seen  with the prev/next tab in upper right corner .   I am too lay to resize them all

Thanks Clint.
Hard to tell perspective wise but appears to be filling quite nicely for maybe something like a 5-600 cfs winter flow.

My friend lives up there and she says it is still low for this time of year.   The one picture of the bay with the sign on the tree was totally empty gowing  grass this summer.   I hope they learned their lesson and do not jump the gun like they did last spring .

Nice report, Clint.  Glad you got into them. Sun-Mon for me. Hopefully, I'll find some productive water.   I think the temps may go up, but I'll have to remember some  anti-ice.  I have oversized REC guides on my rod that flex. The ice at least snaps out without any effort.  I just tied up a large batch of nymphs, they'll be my main fly until March.  Thanks for the detailed fly info.

Charlie I tried a few stones, but everything was still eggs today.   Down at the tall bridge There were alot of washed out eggs on shore looked small enough to be brown or steel.   That steelhead hammer I use is 1/2egg  1/2 nymph and has been productive all fall in a dark pink.
