2BOB brings up a good point on Steel. I made mention of lotsa Kings being removed from the system downriver but failed to mention Steel.
  Took a few walks ( no rod mostly - wouldnt even try there) during break times above the needle into the Ballpark where guys were lined up for a month shoulder to shoulder 'fishing'. Saw many early Steel on stingers- Hos too -along with those kings.
  They took out a LOT of fish down that way. Matter of fact was surprised at the Steel numbers on string a time or two when early pods apparently tried to get up.
  Gotta wonder what the affect  only ONE Warden whould have had just walking that stretch each day.
