Well after sending my waders out for warranty and not hearing back for 2 weeks I e mailed on Wednesday and it seems my waders were misplaced. Got an E mail back Thursday, they found them and were going to replace, but said they were out of stock in my size until February and I could upgrade at my cost or wait. After an E mail back today asking for the upgrade for free they agreed, I was happy. Get home today and a pair of waders were waiting for me, but the same ones I sent in. Checked my e mail and it seems they had found 1 last pair in my size a few days ago and sent them out, so my upgrade was out

I do get a new warranty from today so I will put them through the paces next salmon season and see how they last. I am glad I bought the cheap Neos as I would have been down for a bit and they are warmer.
Posting this to say Ashley at Frogg Toggs helped out, was prompt in e mails and got me the upgrade even though I did not get it. Good customer service from them.
