lauderdale beach for the north end

Quite a few out on the south end today and a few on the north.  The panfish bite wasn't there for us, but we caught a bunch of pike including a fat female. Ice was 5" everywhere we drilled.

I crushed pike and bass in heidikouper bay nice tiger musky to go with it, not much size to it but hey it's a ski. bass was a HAAWG... 

FISHED PANFISH LAST 4 DAYS ON THE SOUTH END OF CONNEAUT . ABOUT 30 EACH OF THE FIRST 2 DAYS AND A LIMIT  YESTERDAY AND TODAY (2/24 AND 2/25 ) ALL GILLS. VERY SLOW BITE BUT WORTH THE WAIT ( DIDN'T KEEP ANYTHING UNDER 8 1/2 IN. TODAY ). ICE WAS 4 1/2  IN. AND SOLID BUT DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THAT WILL LAST WITH THE THE UPCOMING RAIN AND WARM TEMPS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THE BOYS HAVE BEEN SLAYING THE PIKE ! IN 4 DAYS ONLY SEEN ONE KEEPER PERCH AND ONE DECENT CRAPPIE.
