Fished out of Rochester yesterday, 4/21, with the inshore conditions less than perfect.  The wind from Friday and Saturday blew the coffee stained water in along the shoreline east and west of the Genny making it difficult to find water clear enough to fish.
We didn't boat our first fish until 10:45 AM nearly four hours after leaving the dock.  We picked at them in one particular spot and had our most consistent action in the last hour of the trip.  In all we boated a dozen fish putting six Coho and three Browns in the cooler (the guys I fished with eat them LOL).  We caught and released a small Rainbow, Coho and Brown.  I lost a nice King at the boat after he got fouled in a down rigger line.
I was disappointed the big Browns didn't come out to play.  They were most likely in the 8-10' stained water tight to the shoreline.  The fish we hooked were in 14-20' water and if the Coho's did not cooperate the day would have been a bust.
