The amount of rain received was not nearly enough to muddy up the water. However, it was enough to bring some leaves onto the water, creating quite the challenge for anglers. As per usual this time of year, the fishing pressure is starting to increase with each day. Most anglers are targeting steelhead with the mid to lower sections of the run producing the most. Many of the smaller local tributaries are also producing with a mix of kings and some steelhead. Productive patterns include sucker spawn, glo-bugs, egg sucking leeches, estaz eggs and woolly buggers.
