My local WCO stills HATES that fact about the concealed weapon !!!

Doc, I believe that b.h. is right about any hunter 65 or older & junior hunters can use any legal weapon for those 3 days as long as they have a doe tag for the area that they are hunting.The way that I am reading the regs.,but I was wrong once before.  lol  sam

Friend tried a new trick.
He simply put a stick in the ground about where he wantd a Deer to be  in the small field by his tree stand.
 He also put in a trail cam and, as he suspected ,every animal passing by at night just HAD to pee  on the stick a it stood bout 18 inches tall and 2 inches around in the low grass.
After the stick was saturated for a night or two every Deer that walked into the field just HAD to go and sniff the stick.
Arrowed  his a bit before dark on his first sit.
Novel idea that I had never heard of before- no scents no  attractants added- just nature doing what nature does.

Im expecting a good week.. cold weather all week

Saw two doe and a buck being chased by a bigger buck yesterday. Can't say the necks on either buck was swollen. Won't be long so, I'm planning on spending a lot of time in the trees. Told the better half I'd appreciate my meals delivered to my stand............ that did not go over well!!
