Went up sunday. Caught 3 shorts. Lost one at boat. Bottom bouncer with worm harness. Seemed 14 feet was a magically depth. Dealt with 3 foot rollers allday long. Perch bite was on! Fished stocker island wind side. Fished yault club on up to Ohio campground. ESE wind not one of my favorites.

That's one of the worst winds for the lake.  No matter how you anchor the boat takes a beating along with my back.  It's almost as bad with a northwest wind.

Nah, gotta be that northwest wind.  ESE and you hit the north end, and jog the shoreline all the way to glenn islands and the spillway with no problem.

I got a total of 20 on Thursday evening and Saturday but only one keeper out of them.

what is current water temp?

Water temp on Pymatuning right now is 55 degrees. It's cold water went from 65 to 55 late Sunday it snowed rained and hailed.

Walleye are pretty much locked jawed from what they were. Hope water temp comes up. Family caught 18 Friday 5 Saturday and 1 Monday no fish at all today. These were all legal fish. And 40 or so throw backs.

Hoping warmer temps turn them back on. Fingers crossed.

Spent Tuesday and Wednesday fishing Pymy. Nearly froze to death on Tuesday but stuck it out for 8 hours
nothing at all. Marked a ton of fish but water was cold. On Wednesday waited for tstorms to pass.
Wind picked up out of the south and moved out of the west all day. Pretty much blew hard until
around 2 pm and settled a little. Managed 6 slab crappie and 3 eyes 18-20 drifting and fishing
the bottom around the stumps in Linesville. At least got a couple for out efforts.

i was wondering about the weather. still better then working. going out saturday daybreak sayers dam get some more for the freezer.

Anyone fish Pygmy today...fished for 7 hours with only 3 very short walleye...wondering what happened to the bite?...was all over at different depths and presintations and no luck...Anyone have any luck or has something shut them off...kind of clueless...caught two limits this year in weather and water temps similar to taday...???????
