Hit my favorite secret spot by 6am drank a coffee and enjoyed my surroundings, light came and I was the only guy there for the first hour and half. The players were many and very eager to hit unlike yesterday afternoon when I only got to hits and landed zero. Two dingle berrys came out of the woods and walked down the middle of the run slapping at anything that moved and that gave them lockjaw for about an hour till they dissappered back into the woods and everything settled down again. Fish are not as fresh as Mondays batch but players are players and I put a few on the beach and enjoyed some great takes, also saw at least 3 browns but did not want my pink/white fleshfly. Tried rootbeer/olive/balck/purple buggers and egg sucking leech patters but with the wind and leaves they were not interested at all, pink/white all day long and from one of the picks youll see they were taking it deep. Tried to find someone to drift and pull plugs as they are smacking them things now but everyone was busy. Oh well  another great day......alone.....






 

GREAT report Brother !!! Wish I were there man.. ugh... Fridays off are just around the corner.. Like steel season , and if you ever get lonely I will be there in a heart beat.. I mean a nano second !!
