Maybe aquaseal. I would also run a few small stove screws  through for traction also

You can buy new felts (they work better when new) in a kit with barge cement for about 25 bucks on line. The barge cement is what you need for repair also. Read the instructions and follow them. I use duct tape wrapped around the repair  to apply pressure until it's completely dry.
Shoe Goop is more readily available, but not quite the long term repair barge cement is in my experience. It works, though.  Make sure the felt is well attached beyond what's flapping and clean both surfaces well.

I only wore these twice so they are like new. Is the barge cement on fishusa? duct tape is a good idea thanks

Don't know, call them.  You can find it easily by googling. The trade name is Barge cement- about 4 bucks a tube.  Some hex head sheet metal screws like Clint suggested help on the SR.

I run a felt/screw combo and highly recommend it, not so many swims since I did.;)

Worn twice? Sounds like a factory defect/ free pair for compensation...

Just yesterday my 9 year old korkers brand wading boots fell apart on the bottom. I'm sure the shoe goo or stuff fichy reccomended would work but instead of glueing the sole back in I decided to just retire the boots from studded wading boots and I strapped my 25 year old original korkers sandals over them to keep them intact. I gotta say they sure don't make em like they used to. And cpswing, I highly suggest spikes rather than felt alone. Clints suggestion with fichy's product suggestion should do you well if factory reimbursement is not in the cards. Also, if you fish winter try to stay away from felt as it ices and clumps up... tight lines

Goop will work.  Or call company and send back.  They must be under warranty.

Thanks for all the input guys. I have Korkers with felt spike combos for up there. These are just my hip boots for trout and bait. Bought them when I was at cabelas. (3 hours away).  Thanks again

A little late but may help others, buy Kold Kutter screws online. They are screws for ice racing motorcycles. They have concave heads but are basically hex head screws of different lengths. I think I paid $8.00 for 100. Look them up but be careful of the thickness of boot soles.Created a leak with 3/8 screws- I even heated the screws before screwing them in to melt the rubber in an attempt to seal the hole as the screw went in.
