I got a phone call late last night from my neighbor and wants to take his boat to the estuary this evening. I'm not usually a estuary guy, but my neighbor is a bit old and needs a young back to help him out. Hopefully I get into something out there and can post pics and kill this itch to fish. 
 
He offered free beer and all the supplies so I couldn't pass it up.  

Well I'm off the water now and in a dozer for rest of my day
Heard- seen some Dimebright ;) caught from the lower river today. Humm should I bring my waders next week in case we get blown off the lake .
Seems fish are being caught.

Neat looking reel.  I think I'll order two, one to fish and one to collect.  He who dies with the most toys wins.

I'm sure the word has gotten around that a good shot of fish, both Kings and Coho's, entered the river today.  Reports of rooster tails moving up stream from first light through the morning.  A repeat of last year in the making?     

Word is out for sure and fishing has been good. What a great early shot we've had. Its been a while since we've had such a good august shot. As most know it can be hit or miss and there's never a guarantee but its pretty solid for sure...

What a good forum this is with the group of guys that bs here and share various fishing adventures. Finally just decided to start a new account after struggling to sign back in but have followed for the past two months periodically. Thanks to twobob for sharing some of my pics. What a great spring and summer its been... keep on keeping on!!!

I forgot to post about Saturday night at the estuary. 
 
Wasnt a bad time, 12 pack and some cigars with some fishing. A group down by the break wall caught and landed a nice freshy, guys next to us hooked up and lost it. Wasnt out there long due to having to head back in for an emergency. 
 
This morning I stopped at the short bridge and walked to the wall and down river street. Noticed a king rooster tailing up towards the ball park. Other than that they havent made it far out of the DSR, alot of people are just walking around trying spotting fish.
