Please help me with the picture posting thing. The only way that I know how to do it is to add pics to Photobucket and then link from there. There has to be an easier way, surely.
 
I saw the Ugly Duckling on Google. I still haven't figured out why it has razor blades on it. lol

And, I just guessed the razor was there to show it was a hand carved lure?
Not sure why you'd use a razor to signify that...was just my guess.
Maybe the razors backwards, and it's actually there to cut through weeds? ;)

It's probably to show the size of it. I think the quack=quack lures are cool. A buddy actually saw a Musky eat a duck.

Captainhook, that lure was called the vibrabat.  they sold in sets of 3 (various sizes/colors) in spencers catalog.  we're going back to the late 60s here.  bought a set, never caught anything with them. they were all metal and pretty heavy for their size.  originally they had 3 holes in them, not just 2 as in your picture.  the hole you used to attach to your line determined the amount of action on the lure.
