Use some caution if heading out of the fish comission launch. Went to go out and meet some buddies last night, made it about 30yds off the shoreline and woosh...straight thru up to my waist. Was walking straight out on the path where everyone else had been. Either i found the one bad spot there, or the ice over the channel took a real beating the past few days. I'd imagine the area I went thru has refroze and is now snow covered. Tight lines and be safe.
