Great buck akitadog.

Had a unknown buck come and bed down 70 yds out at 2:45 yesterday. Bleated some, grunted some, no reaction. Had a doe hang out underneath me from 4:45-5:15. She finally moseyed up toward the field just before dark. That buck finally got up when she walked by, and followed her off.

Hope you guys are out there hitting it hard today.  Awesome day, weather wise.  Had 24 on the car thermometer on the way into work this AM.  Saw lots of deer out in the fields running around and a couple small bucks trotting through, definitely on the prowl. 

Thought I was going to need my ice cleats to get in my stand this morning, daaaaaaang the frost is heavy.  It was crunch, crunch, crunch all the way!
 
Oh yeah.................  so far this morning, stupid deer!

I awoke,
I dressed,
I walked,
I slipped,
I climbed,
I sat,
I shivered,
I gandered,
I peered,
I glanced,
I frustrated,
I returned,
I bewildered,
STUPID DEER
 

23 here this morning , still in stand oh ya deer report ..... Nothing .... Stupid deer !!!!! And BTDT yes a little slippery getting into the stand 😜

Boy that ought to learn me a lesson, not to hunt stupid deer!
 
I'll fix em, I just moved my ground blind and, one ladder stand and, I ain't gonna tell them stupid deer where!

Stayed out until 10 saw nothing ... Checked camera and this guy was on it in middle of the night again ... So maybe not so stupid ...... Lol

He has you patterned Mopars!  Time to turn the tables.
 
Been getting lots of good "sighting" reports from relatives, friends, friends of friends....some nice bucks being seen on the hoof, just not coming close enough. 
 
Looks like tomorrows weather, and possibly several other days this week, will be a big stinko with rain.....
