My goodness how time does fly when your having fun. Got about eight weeks before the opening of archery in PA. so, I'm looking at crossbows of which,............ (wait-for-it).................... I know nothing about! But not to worry, cause I have yinz guys to help me out.
Not looking for a high caliber pricey bow, more like something in the $300.00 to $350.00 range. A package deal, that includes the basic necessities such as bolts, quiver, scope and, cocking device. Maybe even one of those 'special deals' where they provide free deer retrieval, butchering and, home delivery too. That ain't asking for to much is it?
Started looking at a PSE in the mentioned price range that does include everything (except the special deal
) and I feel I can take the dealers word that the package is a good buy but, I would like to hear some suggestions from yinz as for buying a PSE or, any brand, in that price range. Might I be throwing money away trying to stay frugal?
I believe the model we are dealing on (for now) is called the "Fang".
Any do's and don'ts; should and shouldn't s; can and can'ts will, be appreciated.
Mopars was ya able to get your problem with the scope figured out?
