I can safely conclude that kjh does not appreciate the value of likes on instagram after spending hard earned time stacking rocks and taking pictures. How else are we supposed to get attention on social media while also telling everyone on social media how much we love nature?

The fish commission has specifically made releases asking people to stop doing this in or near waterways. They believe it damages habitat.
Not by PGC, but it touches the points of hows it damaging to the native waterway.
